SHAHID KAPOOR AND TRIPTII DIMRI ARE SET TO STAR IN AN ACTION THRILLER. IT HAS BEEN SCHEDULE FOR RELEASE ON DECEMBER 5, 2025
Shahid Kapoor and Triptii Dimri’s upcoming action thriller, directed by Vishal Bhardwaj, is set to release on December 5, 2025. The untitled film will also feature Nana Patekar and Randeep Hooda.
Sajid Nadiadwala, head of Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment, shared the exciting news on X (formerly Twitter). He revealed that filming will start on January 6, 2025, and the movie will be released later that year.

Sharing the update, makers wrote, “#SajidNadiadwala presents a @VishalBhardwaj film! A spectacular cinematic journey begins on 6th Jan 2025. Film releasing on 5th December 2025 @shahidkapoor @tripti_dimri23 @nanagpatekar @RandeepHooda @WardaNadiadwala.”

The project has created a lot of buzz due to its gripping plot and star cast. Shahid Kapoor recently shared his excitement about playing a “90s gangster.” He posted a monochrome selfie on Instagram after a workout, showing off his strong physique and rugged look.
In the caption, he wrote, “Prep time… Naya saal naya maal … Next character, next film what can I do that I haven’t before… lost in the woods… But you can’t be original if you aren’t ready to be lost… DEVA was dark and menacing yet vulnerable and noble… Who will this new guy be… No friggin clue so far… But what a joy to discover yet again what lies within. Sliding into the edgy nasty gangster 90s.”
Shahid will play Hussain Ustara, a notorious gangster in this action-packed film. Fans are excited to see Shahid take on this intense and different role, showcasing his ability to adapt to challenging characters.
Presented by Sajid Nadiadwala’s Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment, the film is one of many big releases in the pipeline. The production banner is also working on Salman Khan’s Sikandar, Akshay Kumar’s Housefull 5 and Tiger Shroff’s Baaghi 4.
