2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By using our website or purchasing any service, you acknowledge that:

  • You provide authentic and accurate information
  • You will comply with all Indian laws related to digital media and online transactions
  • You agree to the data usage explained in the Privacy Policy

3. SCOPE OF SERVICES

  • Digital Branding & Reputation Management
  • Content Creation

  • Consulting & Campaign Management

The Company may update or modify services anytime for improvement.

4. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY

As a client, you agree that:

✔ You will provide accurate brand details

✔ You will not submit misleading, illegal, or defamatory information

✔ You hold full rights to any content you submit (photos, text, bio, brand info)

✔ You will cooperate during service execution

✔ You will not misuse or manipulate results

✔ You will respect timelines and communication guidelines

We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate services if you violate these terms.

5. SERVICE DELIVERY POLICY

A. PR & Publication Services

We publish PR articles through verified media networks, but:

  • Exact positioning, headline changes, or editorial adjustments depend on publishers
  • Media websites reserve full editorial rights
  • We do not guarantee permanent article life (as some portals archive after months/years)
  • Google indexing is subject to Google’s algorithm

B. SEO Services

SEO is a long-term process.
We do not guarantee specific ranking positions but ensure professional optimisation practices.

C. Google Presence / Knowledge Panel

Google Knowledge Panel is controlled entirely by Google.
We support through optimization efforts, but final approval is Google’s decision.

6. PAYMENT TERMS

  • All service charges must be paid in advance unless stated otherwise.
  • Accepted methods:
    • UPI / PhonePe
    • Bank Transfer
    • Razorpay
    • Offline Invoice-based Payments
  • Payments are non-refundable, except under certain conditions mentioned in our Refund Policy.

Delayed or failed payments will pause the service until cleared.

7. CONTENT OWNERSHIP & COPYRIGHT

Client-provided content:

✔ Remains your property
✔ You grant Trilok Media permission to use it for service purposes

Company-created content:

Any PR content, article, graphics, creatives, or strategy documents prepared by us remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred in writing.

Republishing or reselling our content without consent is strictly prohibited.

8. PROHIBITED USES

Clients must not use our website or services for:

  • Spread of misinformation or political manipulation
  • Fraudulent activities
  • Hate speech, violence, illegal content
  • Defaming individuals or organizations
  • Spamming media websites
  • Violating copyright or trademark laws

If any illegal activity is detected, services will be terminated without refund.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Trilok Media is not liable for:

  • Third-party media website policy changes
  • Google indexing or de-indexing actions
  • Search engine algorithm updates
  • Loss of data caused by external cyber attacks
  • Press release editorial modifications on news portals
  • Delays caused by internet issues, natural disasters, or unforeseen events

Our total liability is limited to the service amount paid.

10. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and protect Trilok Media, its employees, partners, and affiliates from any claims, lawsuit, or damages arising from:

  • Misuse of services
  • Submission of illegal or harmful content
  • Violation of these terms
  • Infringement of third-party rights

11. CANCELLATION & TERMINATION

We reserve the right to:

  • Cancel any service
  • Restrict website access
  • Terminate client account

Reasons may include:

  • Non-payment
  • Illegal activity
  • Misbehavior or harassment
  • Breach of contract
  • Publishing harmful or false claims

12. THIRD-PARTY LINKS

Our website may include links to:

  • Blogs
  • Influencer pages
  • Media coverage
  • Partner websites

We do not control or endorse the content of third-party sites.

13. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
